Sai-Tech is the best manufacturer of MSEL Ejectors in India that supplies worldwide
Overview
Sai-Tech / Saitech Ejectors embody a 25-year commitment to manufacturing excellence. Recognizing that Ejectors demand a robust technical background for both manufacturing and design, we take pride in our expertise at Sai-Tech. Our dedication is evident in the creation of the finest Ejectors in India.
At Sai-Tech, our Ejector lineup is strategically categorized into three main segments: 1:1 Ratio Ejector, 1:5 Ratio Ejector, and Custom Ejector Ratios. This classification is designed to cater to diverse customer requirements, providing a comprehensive range of Ejector solutions tailored to specific needs.
Ejectors by Ratio: Tailored Solutions for Precision and Efficiency
Optimize Your Operations with Sai-Tech’s Ejector Lineup, Offering Precision Solutions in 1:1 Ratio, 1:5 Ratio, and Custom Ejector Ratios for Enhanced Efficiency.
Our 1:1 Ratio Ejectors feature a robust unibody construction, whereas the 1:5 Ratio Ejectors boast a two-part construction. Tailored for distinct applications, they come in various Materials of Construction (MOCs) including MSEL, MSRL, SS316, Teflon, and more.

Ejectors by MOC
Material of Construction (MOC) for an Ejector plays a very important role in the application of Ejectors in the Industry.
To satisfy the requirements across various industries Sai-Tech manufactures Ejectors across various MOCs such as MSEL Ejectors, MSRL Ejectors, PP Ejectors, PVC Ejectors, SS316 Ejectors, Teflon Ejectors, etc
Ejectors by Application
Ejectors are one of the most versatile and robust products in the market. They can be used for a wide range of applications.
As of now we have added only three industries where Ejectors are used but we will definitely update it with more use cases and applications in the coming future.

Ejector Nozzles
Spares for Ejectors are extremely important for smooth functioning and long life of Ejectors.
While Ejectors are devoid of any moving parts there are two very important spare parts of Ejector. For the 1:1 Ratio Ejector, there is a convergent nozzle and for a 1:5 Ratio there is a convergent nozzle and divergent nozzle. Ejector Nozzles are also available in various MOCs such as Ebonite Nozzle, PP Nozzle, Teflon Nozzle, SS 316 Nozzle etc.
Frequently asked questions about Ejectors
MSEL (Mild Steel Ebonite Lined) and MSRL Ejectors both use a mild steel body, but differ in their lining material and application suitability – MSEL uses an ebonite lining, while MSRL is suited for rubber-lined applications requiring higher abrasion resistance.
- For highly corrosive or aggressive chemicals, Teflon (PTFE/FEP) lined Ejectors offer the best chemical resistance, followed by SS316 for moderately corrosive media and PP for general acid/alkali dosing.
A Custom Ejector Ratio is used when your process requires a mixing ratio other than the standard 1:1 or 1:5 – Sai-Tech designs and manufactures ejectors to your specific flow rate and dosing ratio requirement.
The nozzle is the only wear part in an Ejector – a convergent nozzle for 1:1 Ratio Ejectors, and convergent plus divergent nozzles for 1:5 Ratio Ejectors – and periodic replacement maintains consistent dosing accuracy as the nozzle wears.
SS316 offers superior corrosion resistance compared to SS304, particularly against chlorides and aggressive chemicals, making it the preferred choice for most industrial dosing applications despite a higher cost.
Yes, contact Sai-Tech Engineers directly to request the product catalogue and technical datasheets covering ratio options, MOC specifications, and dimensional drawings for each Ejector type.
Cast Iron Ejectors are used in applications involving non-corrosive liquids where cost-effectiveness is a priority over chemical resistance, such as certain water handling and general industrial dosing tasks.
Ejector selection depends on three factors – required mixing ratio (1:1, 1:5, or custom), material of construction based on the chemical being dosed, and flow rate – Sai-Tech’s team can recommend the right configuration based on your process specifications.
